Notification to the Loss Adjuster

Assessment On-Site

Both loss adjusters and loss assessor conduct a joint assessment of the damages at the location of the incident.

Signing of the Deed of Appointment

This document is signed by the loss adjuster, the loss assessor, and the insured.

Preparation of the Loss Assessment

The loss assessor prepares a comprehensive report determines the extent of the loss

Submission of Loss Assessment to the Loss Adjuster

The completed loss assessment report is submitted to the loss adjuster for review.

Meeting with the Loss Adjuster and Approval

A meeting is held between the loss adjuster and the loss assessor to discuss and approve the assessment findings.

Signing the Valuation Deed

The loss adjuster and the loss assessor have reached an agreement and both sign the valuation deed.
